Sales Account Officer (Industrial and Infrastructure Products for Visayas and Mindanao)

JOB OVERVIEW: (Preferably based in Cebu, Davao and other cities in the Region)

The Sales Account Officer is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations of industrial and infrastructure products (PVC, HDPE, structured wall pipes, fittings, and related systems) across the Visayas and Mindanao regions. The role requires strategic business development, ensuring achieved targets, build market presence, and strengthen relationships with developers, contractors, utilities, LGUs, government agencies, and industrial clients.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Must have sales experience in Manufacturing/Construction Company.

  • Graduate of engineering/business management course.

  • Must be a computer literate.

  • Must knowledgeable in email and account management.

  • Preferably residing in Davao Region, SOCCSKSARGEN, General Santos City, CDO, Butuan, Caraga, Samal, Leyte, Samar, Zamboanga, and willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines- travel expenses are covered by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Boost up the VisMin sales to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets for industrial and infrastructure product lines.

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.

  • Monitor project pipelines (DPWH, LWUA, water districts, mining, telecom, etc.) and ensure proactive engagement in tenders and bids.

  • Ensure effective coverage (on a larger scale) of distributors, contractors, and end-users in the region.

  • Develop new business opportunities and secure major accounts/projects in infrastructure and industrial markets.

  • Build long-term partnerships with contractors, developers, LGUs, concessionaires, and private industrial firms.

  • Support credit & collection efforts by ensuring timely payments from accounts managed by the team.

  • Submit accurate and timely sales reports and performance updates to the VP Sales.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
