Cost Controller & Asset Management Specialist
LOCATION: San Juan Manila (NCR)
JOB OVERVIEW:
The Cost Controller & Asset Management Specialist is responsible for:
assisting in managing and optimizing the cost accounting processes for the company,
ensuring accurate production costs and financial reporting.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
At least 1-2 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing of production environment.
Knowledgeable in SAP (particularly with standard costing, inventory management, and internal orders) is an advantage
Knowledge of cost accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis is an advantage.
Ability to analyze financial data, identify cost trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Knowledge of industry-specific cost accounting practices and financial regulations; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
setting up standard production costs in SAP,
calculating monthly actual processing costs,
and maintaining standard costs for materials produced.
generating monthly inventory valuation reports,
collaborating with cross-functional teams to create accurate budgets,
and overseeing the timely completion of month-end tasks and reconciliations.
financial controls,
managing agency billing,
and overseeing the processing of delivery expenses and freight charges.
