Company Nurse for Carmona Plant
Location: Carmona, Cavite
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible in ensuring that employees needing medical treatments are provided with health care, emergency treatment, or necessary referral and assistance in the hospital.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
· Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, attended BOSH training
· At least 2 years’ experience preferably in manufacturing operations
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Experience as a Nurse in a Hospital is a plus.
· Registered Nurse
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists the company physician in medical treatment and check-up.
· Refer sick or injured employees to company accredited hospital.
· Provides first aid treatment and medications to sick and injured employees.
· Ensures that medicines and other clinic supplies are complete and are purchased according to company procedure.
· Proposes and spearheads health management programs for employees and prepare necessary budget for approval.
· Implement approved health management program for employees
· Generates reports on the outcome of health management programs launched in the plant
· Processes SSS sick leave, EC and PhilHealth benefits of employees
· Promptly processes Pag IBIG and SSS salary loans
· Ensures that government reports related to work-related accidents and medical treatments are generated and submitted on time.
· Safekeeps medical records and other pertinent company records.
· Advise and guides plant management on safety protocol for COVID-19 and other related tasks
· Observes and complies with existing Company rules, policies, agreements and regulations.
· Performs other function that maybe assigned from time to time
Undertakes housekeeping and cleaning chores in and out of work area; observes and practices safety rules and regulations.
